To All The Boys I've Loved Before
Hey Lovelies, how are you all? 💛
If you know me, then you know how much I love the Fake-Dating trope and Young Adult Books.
And, how much I adore To All The Boys movies.
Finally, I decided to read the books 😍
What I didn't like in the movie was the scrunchie scene, but I'm so glad it's not in the book.
The things I love about the book:
It contains all the letters written by Lara Jean, and we can read every single detail written in them.
The bond between the Song girls. It's amazing to see the relationship between sisters, and how I relate to Lara Jean when suddenly her sister is moving away from her, and she has to handle everything on her own.
I did not like Josh in the movie, but I hate him so much more because of that kiss scene.
Peter Kavinsky is not the perfect guy, but he is everything that Lara Jean needs in her life.
And, one thing that made me aww was the kiss scene from middle school. In the movie, it is shown that Peter kisses Lara Jean because of the game, but in the book, it is because he wanted to. (I screamed at this moment.)
My favorite scene from the book is when Dr. Covey and Kitty tell Lara Jean, like how Peter looks at her when she is not looking. It's always in the eyes 🩷.
My Rating: 4.5 🌟
